Members of JCCA have voted 31-1 to accept a new set of bylaws for the club, replacing some that were done 10 years ago.

The primary changes:

1. Creating a board of directors with seven members.
   
2. Moving the election of the board to the fall and voting online.
3. Creating two-year terms for board members, with four members elected one year and three the next to keep continuity.

The bylaws were written by Larry Schafer with committee members Mike Ferring and Rosemary Price and input from others, including John Pennypacker and members of the current board. The new bylaws take effect immediately.
