The kick-off meeting to begin planning for our 2016 major event is a go at 11AM on Saturday May 30.
As the first meeting it will be a good opportunity to exchange ideas and to nominate club members to be committee chairs (i.e., committee “lightning rods”) and specific function leads, who will then expand their committees with additional volunteers. Below is a list of the committees that we will start our discussion with. If you see a name, it means the chairperson has already stepped up. Please feel free to assign yourself to a committee or lead position.
