2020 Cottonwood Wine Tasting Run September 25th to the 27th, 2020
Let's drive together to Cottonwood AZ to stay overnight at the historic restored Tavern Hotel. This year we have two registration options. Option 1 will leave Phoenix at 8:30 am. from Chase Bank at 1-17 and Carefree Highway ( 34630 N. North Valley Pkwy ) on Friday for a two night adventure. Travel through Wickenburg with a stop for lunch in Prescott. We may stop in Jerome for an Hour. then on to Cottonwood. After check in we will Host a private reception at 6 pm with apps and drinks at the Tavern Cottage. Then enjoy our hosted dinner. Saturday morning we have planned a special event. We will be done in time for lunch with the arriving Saturday drivers and begin the Wine walk at 1pm.
Option 2 depart Saturday. Take a leisurely drive to Cottonwood to arrive at 11:30 am and meet up for lunch at noon, or coffee, or to visit a shop or two. After lunch at 1 pm we will begin the walking tour of the Winery Tasting rooms. The tour includes three wine tastings but feel free to add in at a few more on your own if you want to. Upon returning to the Hotel you can complete your check in.
We will all meet at the hotel lobby patio at 4:45 pm to walk to Nick's. Our dinner reservation is at 5:00 pm. Your hotel registration includes 2 complimentary Drinks, a $50 dinning certificate per room for use at one of their three pre-selected restaurants. On Sunday morning enjoy continental breakfast before heading back to the Valley. Included is 2 Free Continental breakfasts or use each as a $5 credit toward breakfast menu items.
